
In furtherance of its mandate to improve service delivery aimed at rendering quality, efficient, accountable and patient-centered healthcare services; the SERVICOM Unit of Federal University of Health Sciences Teaching Hospital, Ila Orangun,on Wednesday,15th July,2026, officially unveiled the SERVICOM Jacket and Stickers for staff of the unit.
The historic and symbolic event was held at the hospital main entrance where the Chief Medical Director of the hospital,Prof. Kola Musliudeen Owonikoko and his management team were physically present; and the CMD in his speech described the official unveiling of SERVICOM Jacket and Stickers as a commitment to ensure that the patient- centered quality healthcare service delivery policy of the hospital was strengthened.
The Chief Medical Director said additional staff would be deployed to the unit for prompt, effective and efficient service delivery. He expressed his confidence in the ability of Mr. Bolanle Omoboye in enhancing quality service delivery in the Hospital.
Earlier , the Head of SERVICOM Unit, Mr. Bolanle Omoboye, appreciated the CMD, for his efforts geared towards improving the healthcare system in the hospital while explaining the slogan "Ask Me" inscribed on the Sticker and the statement " You Have the Right to be Served Right" on the SERVICOM jacket, noting that every patient deserved to be dignified, respected and served with quality healthcare service delivery.
Highlights of the event were the unveiling of the SERVICOM Jacket and Sticker by the CMD and the Head of SERVICOM Unit, while Mr. Omoboye was dressed in the jacket by Prof. K. M. Owonikoko
The Ag. Director of Administration,Mr. David Oladele, Ag. Director of Finance and Account Mr. Muftau Jimoh, Director of Medical Laboratory Science, Alhaja Folake Bello, staff from the SERVICOM Unit as well as other members of staff from various departments/units witnessed the event.
