Mr. David Olugbenga Oladele is a dedicated and experienced Nigerian healthcare administrator from Ayedun Ekiti in Ikole LGA. Born on June 24, 1976, his comprehensive career profile is defined by over two decades of progressive leadership at the University College Hospital (UCH), Ibadan, where he stands as a cornerstone of administrative excellence.
He began his career at UCH as an Administrative Officer II in the Human Resource Department on September 16, 2003, and advanced systematically through the ranks—serving as Administrative Officer I (2006-2009), Senior Administrative Officer in General Administration (2009-2011), Assistant Chief Administrative Officer (2012-2014), Chief Administrative Officer (2015-2018), and Assistant Director of Administration (2018-2019). He rose to his current executive position as Deputy Director of Administration on January 1, 2019.
Presently serving as the Head of the Hospital Services Department (since January 2024), Mr. Oladele provides critical administrative coverage for the office of the Chairman, Medical Advisory Committee (CMAC). His key responsibilities include:

He has also acted as the Director of Administration in October 2022.
