Chairman Medical Advisory Committee
Dr Kazeem Adebayo Oderinu transferred his service to FUHSH Ila-Orangun from Federal Medical Centre, Abeokuta, Ogun State. He is presently the Chairman, Medical Advisory Committee (CMAC) of FUHSH.
He was born and grew up in Ejigbo, Osun State. He attended Beulah Baptist Primary School, Ejigbo and Ansar-ud-deen High School, Ejigbo.
He obtained a National Diploma in Science Laboratory Technology and a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Physics with Electronics at Federal Polytechnic, Ede. He was admitted to Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife to study Medicine and Surgery, and graduated in 2009.
He holds a Master of Science (MSc.) in Immunology from OAU, Ile-Ife in 2018. His postgraduate training in Chemical Pathology at Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospital Complex, Ile-Ife earned him the Fellowship of the West African College of Physicians (FWACP), Laboratory Medicine.
He worked at Federal Medical Centre, where he served as Head of the Department of Chemical Pathology. He is also a part-time lecturer at Osun State University, Osogbo (2021 till date) and Mercy Medical University, Iwo (2023 till date).
Dr Oderinu has co-supervised three postgraduate medical dissertations.
He is happily married with children.
