Bolanle Titus Omoboye, M.Sc., B.Sc., Dip., LHSAN, is the Head of SERVICOM Unit at the Federal University of Health Sciences Teaching Hospital (FUHSTHI), Ila-Orangun, Osun State. He is a seasoned health administrator with extensive experience in public administration, healthcare management, quality service delivery, and institutional performance improvement. He has built a reputation for administrative excellence, accountability, transparency, and effective service delivery. Bolanle Titus Omoboye began his formal education at Garrison Army Children School, Minna, Niger State, where he obtained his First School Leaving Certificate. He subsequently attended Government Army Day Secondary School, Minna, Niger State, for his secondary education. Driven by a passion for academic excellence and professional development, he furthered his education at the University of Ibadan, Ekiti State University, and the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN), where he obtained qualifications in Human Kinetics & Health Education, and Public Administration culminating in the award of Diploma, Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.), and Master of Science (M.Sc.) degrees. He is also a Licensed Health Services Administrator of Nigeria (LHSAN), reflecting his professional competence and commitment to excellence in healthcare administration.
Bolanle Titus Omoboye has built an accomplished career spanning several years in hospital administration and public service. He has successfully coordinated the development, publication, dissemination, and implementation of Service Charters that establish service standards, strengthen institutional accountability, promote transparency, responsiveness and improve healthcare service delivery. His contributions have supported numerous quality improvement initiatives, customer-focused service delivery programmes, and organizational reforms that have enhanced patient satisfaction and institutional effectiveness. He served as Secretary of the Non-Academic Staff Union of Educational and Associated Institutions (NASU), University College Hospital (UCH) Branch, from 2011 to 2019, and later as a National Executive Council (NEC) Member of the NASU Teaching Hospitals Trade Group Council from 2015 to 2019. He also chaired the Communiqué Committee at several meetings of the Council, where he coordinated, drafted, and presented official communiqués reflecting the resolutions and policy positions of the Council. These leadership roles strengthened his expertise in negotiation, consensus building, conflict resolution, stakeholder engagement, and organizational governance.
